For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

    •    Used or partially used items
    •    Flavor preference issues
    •    “Didn’t like the feeling” or performance expectations

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    •    Clear photos of the issue
    •    Packaging photos

We will review the claim and send a replacement if approved.
